- Is my device supported?
At the moment we are publishing a universal binary covering all iPad and iPhone products. The Android version is due for release soon. It may already be live and I forgot to update this FAQ. The development cycle for this app is the iOS network, Android marketplaces Google Play and Amazon. Future releases if the project is successful will be a mac OS Version and splitting the iOS Universal Binary into a separate iPhone and iPad version.
- What is your refund policy?
If you are unhappy with the Free First Room the Kitchen, then just don’t download the other rooms, if there are any issues with any in app purchases you have please get in touch for Fast Support on the issue, There are no refunds.
- There is no sound.
Please ensure the Physical Mute button is un-checked on the side of your device and ensure in the System settings of your device that the Mute option or Quiet or Inflight modes are not selected.
- Is my data safe? What’s your stance on privacy?
As the developer I do not collect any data what so ever, I have no access to data on individual users and even if I did all Data protection issues are Governed by the Data Protection Act which I follow enthusiastically.
